Wells Reserve at Laudholm Farm Wedding | Sarah and Jack

Sarah and Jack have always felt a connection – like best friends who have known each other forever. They connected early on and started dating long distance which brought them closer together. Their connection and love for each other is so apparent and we loved getting to capture their Laudholm Farm wedding.

I couldn’t imagine a more perfect day for a perfect couple! Sarah and Jack have been looking forward to their wedding day for so long and having all of their family and friends together in one place to celebrate. And they mean everyone! With a guest list topping out at 250, Wells Reserve at Laudholm Farm was the perfect place for their wedding. With so much room for everyone to spread out but also lots of space to mingle and hang out it was the perfect venue!

But before heading out to the venue: Sarah was getting ready in Ocean Park right near her parents house and a gorgeous rental (which we found out was one of my college roommates grandmothers house way back when! I remember eating some delicious greek food in a kitchen that is no longer there.) Jack was at his parents house in Biddeford overlooking the pool where he was joined by all of his friends as they got ready. Since they both love the ocean it’s only natural that they had their first look in Ocean Park on the beach – conveniently the beach was pretty empty that day! A total shock for a hot Saturday on the 4th of July weekend.

Back at Laudholm Farm, the ceremony was on the lawn under the trees followed by cocktail hour inside and outside the barn and reception under a beautiful tent and the night ended with dancing the evening away with Plush in a separate tent.

I love a good reception dance party and you could tell this group was in for a rowdy night on the dance floor for sure! Early on in the dancing there was some Dr. McGillicuddy shots – because who doesn’t need fresh breath when they’re hitting the dance floor? Followed by a the band singing a Four Non-Blonde’s song “What’s Going On” and it truly was a “what’s going on” moment – everyone was singing along (including Dean and I) but no one had the right lyrics. It was so much fun to be a part of and we know they finished the night strong!

Happy wedding and long weekend to these two who had lots of plans with family and friends before a few relaxing days on the coast before heading back to real life.
