Fall weddings and vineyards are a pretty perfect combination, and Gabby and Mike’s Flag Hill Winery Wedding was no exception. With gorgeous autumn colors surrounding the vineyard, thoughtful personal touches throughout the day, and a packed dance floor that barely took a break, their wedding was full of personality from beginning to end.

Gabby and Mike started their wedding day getting ready in separate areas of the venue. While they were surrounded by their closest friends and family, they stayed apart until it was time for their first look.

Their first look took place on the lawn near the ceremony site, overlooking the vineyard. The fall foliage was putting on quite a show, creating an incredible backdrop of colorful leaves and rolling rows of grapevines.

There was something especially beautiful about seeing Gabby and Mike together for the first time with the vineyard and autumn colors surrounding them. It was the perfect beginning to their Flag Hill Winery Wedding.

The ceremony space was beautifully decorated by the couple’s wedding MVP, Stephanie. She brought the entire setting to life with gorgeous florals, pumpkins, and pampas grass that framed the ceremony space perfectly.

The fall-inspired details fit the vineyard setting so well, creating a warm and inviting space for Gabby and Mike to exchange their vows.

But the couple had another surprise planned and this one involved their guests. Instead of having traditional ring bearers, Gabby and Mike decided to hide their wedding rings underneath two seats. When it was time for the ring exchange, guests were asked to look under their chairs to see if they were the lucky ones.

And they were!

Two guests discovered the rings and suddenly became the official ring bearers for the ceremony. It was such a fun way to include everyone in their wedding day and created a memorable moment that their guests certainly won’t forget.

After the ceremony, Gabby and Mike took some time for portraits around the vineyard. The grapevines, fall colors, and beautiful Flag Hill landscape gave us plenty of opportunities to capture them together in the setting that made their wedding so special. Because no vineyard wedding portrait session is complete without getting a little adventurous, Gabby and Mike even laid down in one of the rows of grapevines for a drone photo.

It was one of those moments that perfectly captured their willingness to have fun and make the most of their wedding day.

Once the reception got started, Gabby and Mike celebrated the night away with their family and friends.

The dance floor was packed, and it stayed that way for most of the evening. Everyone was there to celebrate, dance, laugh, and enjoy being together.

The only real reason anyone seemed willing to leave the dance floor was the 360 photobooth. Guests jumped in throughout the night to create their own fun videos before heading right back out to dance.

A Flag Hill Winery Wedding Full of Personality

Gabby and Mike’s Flag Hill Winery Wedding was everything a fall vineyard wedding should be: beautiful, personal, colorful, and incredibly fun.

From their vineyard first look and Stephanie’s gorgeous ceremony design to their surprise ring hunt, grapevine portraits, drone photo, packed dance floor, and 360 photobooth adventures, their wedding day was filled with details that made it uniquely theirs.

We loved getting to document Gabby and Mike’s celebration at Flag Hill Winery and capturing all of the little moments that made their day so much fun. There’s something pretty special about a fall vineyard wedding—and Gabby and Mike certainly knew how to celebrate one!
