The day began in Kennebunkport, where Jen and Tony got ready by the ocean. The laid back atmosphere of the morning set a calm tone for the day. Jen was surrounded by her mom and sister, full of laughter and excitement, while Tony got ready nearby, enjoying the laid-back atmosphere before heading inland to their venue.

At Wishing Pond Events, Jen slipped into her dress in the bridal suite and the couple shared their first look by the peaceful pond, surrounded by the changing leaves. It was a private and emotional moment, where they exchanged handwritten vows filled with love, laughter, and promises for their future together. Shortly after, family and friends joined them for portraits, creating memories framed by autumn colors and rustic Maine charm.

Their ceremony took place just before sunset and was officiated by a close friend who told stories of their adventures, inside jokes, and shared dreams. There wasn’t a dry eye in the crowd.

Once the “I do’s” were said, the celebration kicked into full swing. Guests enjoyed classic Maine touches including fresh lobster rolls that were a huge hit, especially for those visiting for the first time. As night fell, the barn glowed with twinkle lights and laughter. Guests danced the night away or played lawn games like cornhole and giant Jenga in the cool evening air.

The speeches drew more laughs and tears especially as Tony’s father told stories of his late wife, Tony’s mom, Barbara. She sounded like a wonderful woman and dad relayed that she would be so happy to see Tony celebrating his wedding to Jen. Everyone joined him for hugs after his speech!
