I’ve never been more obsessed with a baby (besides my own) than I have been with Mr. B. He’s the smiliest baby and son to a past wedding couple of ours, so I’ve got to see him making social media appearances since he was a teeny tiny baby – and his smile and big eyes just light up every post!
It’s always such an honor to be asked to come back and photograph our couples as they and their families grow, even more so when I get to pick fun locations and explore with their littles. I particularly love this little beach in Phippsburg for families with little kiddos, it’s on the river so it’s a bit calmer than an open ocean – no big waves to scare the little ones. AND sometimes you get to see some really cool wildlife. For this session we had lots of sea birds off in the distance but I’ve also seen a ton of seals and eagles here. Such a fun activity to keep the kiddos engaged and creating natural interactions with their parents for sweet moments.
One colleague even reported seeing a WHALE. You can see the open ocean not too far away in the backround so it’s possible. I’ll keep watching and I can’t wait for the day I get to show that to one of the littles at the sessions!
