I absolutely adore this family! They were such a blast to work with and not only that, they introduced me to what is now probably one of my favorite beaches to enjoy on a rare day off.
The H family comes all the way from Texas to spend their summers enjoying the laid back vibes of Hills Beach in Biddeford. How fortunate are they!
I’m so thankful they introduced me to this location. The beach is small, but perfect! I can actually see Old Orchard Beach from here so it’s nice to be close to home but feel worlds away. Hills Beach is a little cove with an island as a barrier to the open Atlantic Ocean. I’ve been back a few times (when I’ve been lucky enough to snag a parking space – there’s less than 10 spots!) and captured a surprise proposal the same week as the H family’s portraits!
