To capture the best lighting conditions and to avoid the crowds, beach sessions are scheduled to start either one hour before sunset or 20 minutes before sunrise. Wooded and city locations can be scheduled throughout the day.

Our journey begins with a personal consultation to understand your family’s dynamics, interests, and what you envision for your session. We delve into details about your likes, dislikes, and any special topics that might make your little ones more comfortable in front of the camera.

Expert Guidance Every Step of the Way

From choosing the perfect location considering the sunset and tide times to selecting outfits that make everyone look and feel great, we’re with you every step of the way. We even offer a handy style guide and are always available to discuss outfit options to ensure your family looks coordinated and stylish. Plus, you’ll have access to our ever-growing Client Closet.

We start with the first 20-30 minutes dedicated to formal portraits, capturing your family in beautiful, classic poses. After that, we let the fun begin! With light direction and engaging activities, we encourage candid moments that capture genuine smiles and lively family interactions.

As the session progresses and everyone gets more relaxed, we take a moment to focus on just the kids, creating individual portraits that capture their spirit at that age.

The session wraps up with more informal group images. Be ready to have some fun splashing around! We encourage everyone to get a little wet—it’s all part of the experience.

Our family portrait sessions are typically $850 for immediate families, with options for extended families, video, and drone coverage. Sessions include all digital files. Fees may vary depending on the location.
