As Costa Rica wedding photographers one of the things we love is taking advantage of the natural beauty of the country. In Maine we have coastline, but in Tamarindo they have beautiful coast line, the ocean is like bathwater and crystal clear, and the gorgeous cliffs that border the beaches.

Doesn’t matter if you’re engaged, here on your wedding, or just taking a fun vacation – always make time for some portraits! This shoot was especially fun because we were able to have a few outfit changes, bikes on the beach, and some surfing time/playing in the ocean and finished the evening after dark snuggled by the bonfire.

Look the smiles! Dancing on the beach isn’t an option, it’s required! Finding that perfect light streaming through the trees is key. It also highlights that extra awesome landscape.

I think the entire time we were in Costa Rica we saw very few people wearing shoes and rightfully so. The sand is so smooth! And even the beaches that were made up of sea shells were still soft under foot!

One of the things we enjoy as Costa Rica wedding photographers is highlighting that gorgeous landscape. You came here for a reason, so lets highlight the scenery!

We loved getting the couple up on the bikes! It was such a great way to show off Nadia’s dress and get some great close up details. I’ll put a bike on the beach any day!

Bringing Sexy Back

Another great perk to being Costa Rica wedding photographers is that the ocean is so warm. Dean and I spend a better part of the year in Maine, we love the water and do get in it. Nothing beats the warm water here in Tamarindo.
