I am so excited to finally share this styled shoot we did back in the late spring to highlight a new Adventure Wedding venue – a sailboat named Nicte Ha!
Nice Ha is the newest addition to the Calendar Islands Sailing Company fleet. Acquired in February 2018 in St. Thomas, USVI, she made her grand return to her home waters in May, just a week before our shoot!
Her name translates to “water lily” in the Mayan language. A 1975 John Alden designed Boothbay Challenger built here in Maine at Hodgdon Yachts in East Boothbay, one of the premier yacht builders in the United States.
The Nicte Ha is a perfect location for your Adventure wedding! She can comfortably accommodate up to six guests in her 3 private cabins. It’s a perfect day sail or several day charter for you and your guests to relax on deck in her spacious cockpit, lounge in a deck chair or swing from a hammock, or enjoy the water from a kayak or standup paddle board. The yacht has an onboard chef who will craft gourmet meals for the entire voyage in the fully outfitted galley.
